STRATEGI PENINGKATAN KINERJA BAPPEDA KABUPATEN BANTUL

With the result that the rule of Bappeda as Regional Construction Planning Board become more strategic, because that organization unit executed the problems of regional construction planning in regional regency or city. Such was the case of condition, Bappeda sued be able to bring about many innovation of strategic policy and oriented in internal inspite of the fact external organization environment to increasing performance.
These research purposes are identification of the strength and weakness factors in the internal environment with opportunity and obstacle in the external environment of the Bappeda organization in Bantul Regency. Identification strategic issue in faced of Bappeda for the efforts to increaseing it performance and formulate all of the strategic that must have be done for the efforts to respond to strategic issue exist so that achieved the optimal performance. The analysis technique of SWOT is an instrument that used for the result a construction institution strategic based on internal and external environment analysis.
