KAJIAN KELELAHAN KERJA TERHADAP KAPASITAS DAN MUTU PRODUKSI PENGRAJIN EMPING MLINJO DI KABUPATEN BANTUL

Work fatigue is an ergonomic factor that was infrequently taken into account in the production system of industry scale of agriculture/plantation product-processing. There are little number of small-scale industry owners that have been giving attention to this aspect in their effort to reach optimal product quantity and quality. This condition is also occurred on processing industry of gnetum gnemon chip in Bantul Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta Province. The research conducted in Jombok, Sumbermulyo, Bambanglipuro, Bantul Regency is intended to study the worker fatigue influence on capacity and product quality. The result of research is giving implication of fatigue management technique so that production will be optimal and the workers could safely and healthy do their work without leaving the
conditions of maximal profit attainment.
